是对的么？课文不是说后者是more useful for decision-making么？

没有错，二者所强调的内容不同，absorption costing 是企业在对外报出报表时所使用的方法，而不是用于内部management使用的成本管理方法，而书中所强调的marginal costing 一般用于企业内部manager进行成本管理、短期决策时所使用的方法，在对外报出报表时一般不用这种方法来核算企业的cost, 所以书中说marginal costing is more useful for decision-making.

BBP有些是写错或者印错的，发现很多了，将就看吧

只要记得absorption costing 适合记账，编制预算或者财务报表，但反映的不是真实成本，仅仅是将全部成本按照一定尺度分配而已

而marginal costing更适合决策，即决定决策包，比如互斥或增量，因为它反映的是比较真实的成本。
