我刚刚才学习cma，但我现在的工作要有一定的财务背景。我们现在在做一个合资项目，老总给我发来信征求我的意见如下：

What are your thoughts of taking a minority interest (49%) in this venture? what kind of protections/rights can we get to make sure we have adequate controls ?

可不可以是50/50的比例呢？

yes, of couse!

50% and 50% is together control.

but the best way is you have the share of taking 51% more.
