我想申请工行的国际卡又叫双币卡（VISA CARD)在网上支付年费和考试费，但好像银行的人也不确定是否能可以，请问有没有前辈使用工行的国际卡成功缴过费啊？先谢谢了！

今天去银行， 问了半天， 柜台小姐还问我那边有ＥＦＴＯＳ机吗？我超级郁闷。
还有， 我的信用卡是带密码的， 这样还能用吗？

我的招行瑞丽Visa卡，过年之前交注册费都成功了的；不知道为什么现在交年费、免考费和考试费怎么也不成功，急死了！系统每次都显示： Unfortunately we cannot immediately confirm the authorisation of your payment, because the system has detected a duplicate authorisation attempt. This may be because you inadvertently clicked the 'authorise' button twice.可是我的确没有按两次键啊。请问有没有人遇到同样问题的？该如何解决啊？
