求大神解答，谢谢
如图，当taxpayers属于higher rate或者additional rate时，教材中写道"adding the gross amount of the donation to the basic and higher rate bands"，但书中给出的例子只将gross donation算到了basic band里面。那么，在什么时候是要算到higher band中？
