Job Title: China Tax Planning Manager

Working Place: Shanghai

Company background: a fortune global 500 company


Job propose: Improve overall tax planning for all China/HK ACs to optimize tax paying position, secure tax benefits and utilize effectively tax loss carryforwards

Responsibilities:

l
Take strong initiative to challenge status quo and drive changes by planning and implementing tax efficiency projects
l
Broaden tax planning perspective by collecting best practices from Big Four accounting firms, MNCs and tax authorities so as to analyze and implement adequate ones for the
organization
l
Liaise with Regional Tax and GTG to implement top-down initiatives & projects
l
Lead negotiation with tax authorities on various tax issues
l
Communicate with all tax-related stakeholders (finance, business, legal, HR, etc.); compile and distribute monthly tax update to them

Requirement:

l
Finance or accounting major with experience at Big Four accounting firms
l
College or Bachelor Degree
l
4-5 years working experience
l
Strong tax efficiency project planning & organizing skills
l
Excellent knowledge of China tax rules & regulations
l
Broad perspectives and creative thinking in terms of all tax-related subjects
l
Willing to challenge status quo and show drive for changes
l
Able to cope with pressure and intensive work schedule
l
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
