Finance- Legally, objectively, timely, accurately, effectively reflect the value created by the man, machinery, material and methods for the enterprise and the society, as well as helping them to realize IT - Provide ever-optimizing, secure and reliable information systems, protect data security, apply IT to increase customer value, and implement head office's IT strategies efficientl Corporate & Corporate Governance - prepare for presentation for BOD - regularly report to BOD that reflects business development and draws attention to potential issues - Update business model with constant reference to mega-trends and shifting business realities. - Provide financial management assistance to JV and branch - design and implement cross-functional ad hoc projects - detect weaknesses and potential hotbeds for malpractice, and install appropriate internal controls in advance
Quality and Environment - timely provide relevant training to departmental staff, esp. in QMS and EMS
