PING AN MARKET ANALYSIS
Reason: The broad market closed a little bit higher as banking stocks received some boost after People’s Bank of China scrapped quotas for bank loans.
Comment: As short-term gains are huge and peripheral markets have not yet turned better, the market will continue to correct itself slightly for several trading days and then is likely to touch the 2000pts mark.
