请教F7讲师cecilia关于lease的题

<p>刚听了您的课，关于租赁的。</p><p>讲义内的Question 1 03/12</p><p>答案在确认plant的cost时用的是fair value，请问为什么不用其最低付款额的现值呢？准则不是说取两个的低的那个吗？</p><p>我算出的最低付款额现值是12000先付年金的8%的现值为51744，我是以这个数51744来记录plant的原始成本和原始应付款的。</p>

the minimum lease payment are $60000 spread over 4 yeas.折现为51745(8%),almost the same as the asset's carring value.52000
