请问斑竹：我2007年底委托北京一家中介机构进行学员注册，2008年4月份收到免试通知、卡片等注册资料。因工作忙，一直为打开看。今天打开一看，竟然提示我要缴纳62英镑的注册费。可是，我当时注册时，已将注册费用交给了中介。如协会未收到注册费，能注册成为会员吗？我现在登陆<a href="http://www.accaglobe.com">www.accaglobe.com</a>进行查询欠费情况，该项已成为overdue，请问我是否还能缴费，是否还需要缴纳滞纳金？
